This page highlights a selection of projects completed over the years, ranging from residential renovations and custom homes to larger commercial work for developers. I am licensed as a Certified Building Contractor in Florida, and previously a general contractor in New York and California, with successful completion of the Florida General Contractor exam.
Residential Projects
Bathroom Renovation
Updated and renovated an older master bathroom using marble throughout, an updated pedestal sink, wide mirror with television installed behind the mirror panel, and replaced the cast iron built-in bathtub with a multihead shower and bench.
Garage Conversion to Kitchen
Converted an integrated 3-car garage in a 1929 residence into a 500 sq ft kitchen and eating area with a fireplace. Renovated the original 200 sq ft kitchen into an oversized butler’s pantry with cabinetry, second dishwasher, and sink, and expanded the previous 50 sq ft butler’s pantry into a powder room, optimizing layout, flow, and functionality while integrating the new space seamlessly with the original structure.
Restoration Renovation
Custom Homes
Built 100+ custom homes ranging from 2,500 to 6,000 sq ft, including residences for professional athletes. Executed a range of exterior styles – brick, stone, and clapboard – paired with detailed interior build-outs. Managed full construction scope from site work through final finishes, with a focus on quality, durability, and clean execution.
Residential Design
Prepared construction drawings, and secured all required permits for a three-level, 2,400 sq ft residence in the Santa Monica area of Los Angeles, including a rooftop patio. Developed landscaping plans, including integrated planters, to comply with the city’s water-efficiency and irrigation requirements.
Commercial Projects
The Daytona
Completed full interior build-out for The Daytona, a Marriott Autograph Collection property, including lobbies, dining areas, commercial kitchen, all guest rooms, bathrooms, fitness center, and conference spaces. Managed all trades and site coordination.
American House
Managed all construction activities, contractors, and crews for an assisted living, nursing, and memory care facility in St. Petersburg. Coordinated closely with architects and city officials to maintain alignment with plans, permitting requirements, and inspection milestones.
Hollywood Colony
Hired by a Los Angeles developer to manage all construction activities for a four-story condominium community comprising 14 townhomes. Oversaw all contractors and crews, and coordinated with realtors to support staging and market readiness.
