I’ve worked in construction since I was 16, starting in my family’s contracting business in New York. While studying engineering and architecture in college, I continued working in the field, combining hands-on experience with my education.
Since then, I’ve managed hundreds of projects ranging from residential improvements and custom homes to larger commercial work for developers. Along the way, I became a licensed general contractor in New York and California, a State Certified Building Contractor in Florida, and also passed the Florida General Contractor exam.
That combination of experience and training taught me how to properly plan and manage projects of all sizes, hire the right people for the job, and navigate the issues that often come up once work begins. Renovation projects rarely go exactly as expected, especially when walls are opened or existing conditions are uncovered. Experience matters in those moments — knowing what options make sense, what doesn’t, and how to keep the project moving forward without unnecessary cost or disruption.
My goal is to help homeowners make smart decisions so they don’t overbuild, don’t overspend, and don’t run into preventable problems later.
When design input is needed, I can provide the layout, construction drawings, and renderings, helping you see the finished result and make informed decisions early. You’ll have a plan that’s thoughtful, realistic, and ready to build. And if the city requires an engineer’s stamp, we coordinate that so everything moves forward smoothly.
